By creating an account, browsing profiles, or using Biye services, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and genuine manner for matrimonial purposes.

1. Eligibility and account use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Biye. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, secure, and up to date. Sharing your credentials or allowing another person to access your account is not permitted.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Biye for harassment, fraud, impersonation, spam, abusive messaging, illegal activity, or any purpose unrelated to respectful matrimonial connections. You must not post false information, manipulate profiles, scrape data, or interfere with the service or other members’ experience.
3. Profile content and verification
All profile content must be truthful, lawful, and appropriate for a family-safe matrimonial platform. Biye may review, hide, suspend, or remove any profile that appears misleading, offensive, unsafe, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.
4. Messaging and contact conduct
Communication on Biye should remain respectful and appropriate. Do not send threatening, exploitative, sexualized, coercive, or inappropriate messages. Do not pressure users to move conversations outside the platform or share private information before trust is established.
5. Moderation and account actions
We may investigate complaints, restrict account activity, hide profiles, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users when there is a violation of these terms or a risk to safety. We may also take action when a profile or behavior undermines trust, integrity, or the lawful operation of the platform.
6. Service changes and availability
Biye may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve safety, reliability, or user experience. We may update these Terms as needed, and continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Biye is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that all profiles, messages, or introductions will be accurate, safe, or successful. We are not responsible for personal decisions, external communications, or actions taken by other users after they leave the platform.
