Child Safety Standards
Biye is intended for adults seeking respectful and lawful matrimonial connections. We are committed to preventing abuse, exploitation, and inappropriate contact involving minors or vulnerable users.

1. Minimum age and eligibility
Only users who are 18 years or older may create an account, complete a profile, or use Biye services. We do not knowingly allow minors to register, communicate, or participate in the platform. If a user is found to be underage, we will suspend the account, remove the profile, and take any additional action needed to protect the user and the wider community.
2. Age verification and account integrity
Biye may request age confirmation, identity details, or other verification information during sign-up, profile review, or complaint handling. We also monitor for suspicious account activity, misleading age information, duplicate identities, and signs of impersonation. Accounts failing to meet our eligibility and authenticity requirements may be restricted or removed.
3. Prohibition of sexual exploitation and abuse
We prohibit grooming, coercion, sexual exploitation, blackmail, harassment, threats, and any other conduct that targets minors or vulnerable users. Any profile found to contain sexually explicit or predatory behavior will be reviewed, restricted, or removed immediately.
4. Reporting and response process
Members can report suspicious accounts, unsafe contact, inappropriate messages, or suspected underage activity through the in-app reporting tool or by contacting support at info@biyebd.org. Reports are reviewed promptly and may lead to warning, profile restriction, messaging suspension, or account removal while an investigation is underway.
5. Moderation and enforcement
Biye uses a combination of automated monitoring, human moderation, and user reports to identify harmful behavior. We may limit profile visibility, restrict communication, block contact attempts, or suspend accounts when safety risks are identified. Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent removal from the platform.
6. Private messaging and contact safety
Our platform is designed for respectful matrimonial communication, not casual social contact. Members should not share personal contact details, financial information, or sensitive identifiers before trust is established. We monitor suspicious messaging patterns and may intervene when requests are unsafe, coercive, or exploitative.
7. Grooming and inappropriate contact
We prohibit communication that is manipulative, sexually explicit toward a minor, or designed to build trust for exploitation. We also discourage members from moving conversations outside the platform too early, especially when the other party is underage, appears vulnerable, or requests sensitive information.
8. Family and parental guidance
Parents, guardians, and family members are expected to supervise minors and prevent them from creating or accessing accounts. We encourage guardians to report any concern involving a minor, suspicious profile activity, or unsafe contact immediately so we can act appropriately.
9. Content and profile standards
Profiles must not contain explicit, sexualized, exploitative, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate media. Members should use truthful profile photos and accurate information that reflects lawful and suitable use of a family-safe matrimonial platform.
