Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Biye account and personal data at any time. We will review the request, verify your identity, and process the deletion securely in line with this policy and applicable law.

1. How to request deletion
Send an email to info@biyebd.org from the email address associated with your Biye account. Please include your full name, registered email address or phone number, and a clear statement confirming that you want your account and personal data deleted. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials in the email.
2. What data will be removed
Once verified, we delete your account, profile information, biodata, photos, preferences, saved favorites, connections, messages, visitor records, and other personal information associated with your active account from our operational systems.
3. What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or maintain necessary security records. Any retained data is kept only for the legally required or operationally necessary period and is then deleted or anonymized.
4. Processing timeline
We typically acknowledge requests promptly and may ask for additional verification if needed. In most cases, account deletion is completed within 30 days after verification. Any backup copies are retained only in encrypted form for a limited period and then automatically deleted or replaced according to our security procedures.
5. Need assistance
